One-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty

Effective August 17, 2026Version 1.0

Warrantor: Ryan Gallifant, operating under the Aethercore Industries trade name. This limited warranty accompanies eligible Aethercore custom computer systems and is available for review before purchase. The final quote, warranty certificate, and Bill of Sale identify the covered system, delivery date, purchaser, and Aethercore's current service contact information.

1. Who and what is covered

This warranty extends to the original retail purchaser of a new Aethercore-assembled custom computer system purchased directly from Aethercore for use in the United States. It covers defects in Aethercore's assembly workmanship that materially impair normal system operation, including installation, mounting, Aethercore-installed internal cabling, and Aethercore-performed firmware or operating-system configuration.

The warranty applies only to the system identified by the Aethercore order number and serial or service record. It is not transferable unless Aethercore agrees in writing.

2. Warranty period

Coverage begins on the documented date the system is delivered to or collected by the original purchaser and continues for one year. Repair or replacement does not restart or extend the original one-year term unless applicable law requires otherwise.

3. What Aethercore will do

For a valid covered claim, Aethercore will provide reasonable remote diagnosis and, when needed, reperform covered workmanship or repair the covered assembly defect without charging for Aethercore labor. Aethercore may use functionally equivalent parts or methods with the purchaser's approval when an identical item is unavailable.

If a covered component appears defective, its manufacturer warranty may provide the part remedy. During the one-year period, Aethercore will reasonably assist the original purchaser with a manufacturer return or warranty claim without an additional Aethercore service fee. Manufacturer eligibility, replacement timing, and the replacement supplied remain subject to that manufacturer's terms. Nothing here reduces any remedy the purchaser has against Aethercore under applicable law.

4. Included support

  • Initial remote triage for a suspected covered workmanship or configuration issue.
  • Guidance identifying whether an issue is likely related to assembly, a component, software, an account, a network, or an external device.
  • Reasonable assistance restoring the Aethercore-validated firmware, driver, and configuration baseline.
  • Coordination of a covered repair or manufacturer warranty path when remote steps cannot resolve the issue.

Aethercore targets acknowledgment within two business days, but response and resolution times are not guaranteed and may depend on diagnostics, customer availability, component inventory, shipping, and manufacturer action. Support is not 24/7 managed IT service, data recovery, cybersecurity monitoring, software training, or support for unrelated third-party equipment unless separately agreed.

5. What is not covered

  • Accident, misuse, neglect, improper transport, liquid, smoke, corrosion, infestation, excessive dust, blocked airflow, fire, theft, power surge, unstable power, lightning, or other external cause.
  • Damage caused by unauthorized voltage changes, unsupported overclocking, crypto-mining or sustained operation outside validated thermal or power limits.
  • Damage caused by a later modification, repair, installation, incompatible part, peripheral, software, malware, or driver not supplied or approved by Aethercore. Using third-party parts or service does not by itself void this warranty; only resulting damage or an issue made impossible to diagnose may be excluded.
  • Normal wear, cosmetic change that does not impair operation, consumables, removable accessories, display uniformity within manufacturer tolerance, coil noise within manufacturer tolerance, or expected fan and pump sound.
  • Passwords, accounts, subscriptions, internet service, game or application updates, third-party cloud services, or future compatibility with software, models, operating systems, drivers, or peripherals released after delivery.
  • Lost, corrupted, disclosed, or unrecoverable data, or the cost of recreating data. The purchaser is responsible for maintaining backups.
  • A product or serial label removed or altered in a way that prevents reasonable identification of the covered system or component.

6. How to obtain warranty service

  1. Email architect@aethercoreindustries.com with the purchaser name, order number, system serial or build code, description of the issue, and any relevant error message, photo, or log.
  2. Follow reasonable remote diagnostic and data-backup steps. Do not ship or deliver a system until Aethercore issues written return or service instructions.
  3. Back up and, when practical, remove sensitive data. Service may require reset, reinstallation, drive replacement, or access to diagnostic information.
  4. Package the system using the original protective materials or an approved equivalent and follow the issued shipping instructions.

Proof of purchase may be required. Aethercore may deny only the portion of a claim materially affected by failure to follow reasonable instructions.

7. Service costs and shipping

Covered remote support and covered Aethercore workmanship labor are free during the warranty period. Unless law requires otherwise or Aethercore provides a prepaid label, the purchaser is responsible for safe packaging, insurance, and inbound transportation to the designated service location. After Aethercore confirms a covered claim and completes service, Aethercore will pay reasonable ground return shipping to the original U.S. delivery address.

If inspection shows the issue is not covered, Aethercore will explain the finding and obtain approval before performing billable work. Parts not covered by Aethercore or a manufacturer warranty, expedited shipping, on-site service, data recovery, and work outside the covered scope may be quoted separately.

8. Implied warranties and limitation of remedies

To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranty applicable to the covered system, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited in duration to the one-year term of this limited warranty. Aethercore does not disclaim implied warranties that federal or state law prohibits it from disclaiming.

To the extent permitted by law, Aethercore's obligation under this written warranty is limited to the remedies described above. Aethercore is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, loss of use, lost profits, or lost data arising from a covered defect. These limitations do not apply where prohibited and do not limit liability for personal injury, fraud, willful misconduct, or another right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Your legal rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limits on how long an implied warranty lasts or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages, so some limits above may not apply to you.
