Website + Purchase Process Terms
These terms explain how the Aethercore website, planning estimates, consultation process, quotes, deposits, and custom-system orders work. A purchase is governed by the final quote and signed Custom System Purchase Agreement supplied before payment.
1. Using this website
This website is operated by Ryan Gallifant under the Aethercore Industries trade name. By using it, you agree to these Website + Purchase Process Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
You may use the configurator and published information for lawful personal or business purchasing research. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a manner that burdens the service, submit false inquiries, or use Aethercore branding or content as your own.
2. Planning estimates are not final quotes
Configurator prices are good-faith planning estimates based on a dated market snapshot. They are not an offer, invoice, guarantee of inventory, or promise to sell a system at the displayed amount. Taxes, delivery, payment-processing costs when permitted, special software, requested customization, and supplier price movements may change the final amount.
Capability meters, workload labels, lead-time ranges, and compatibility automation are directional planning tools. They are not guaranteed benchmarks, frame rates, render times, AI-model capacity, or application certification. A rendering labeled as an exact digital twin is tied to the stated SKU and asset revision; any concept, class-level, or pending-validation view is illustrative and will be labeled accordingly.
3. How an order is formed
- You send a build brief or contact Aethercore for consultation.
- Aethercore validates the workload, exact components, physical clearances, availability, price, tax, and supported delivery window.
- You receive a final quote, Custom System Purchase Agreement, and the applicable One-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty before payment.
- An order exists only after you accept the final documents and the required deposit clears.
No website submission alone reserves inventory, creates an order, or obligates either party to proceed.
4. Deposits and payment safety
The final quote states the deposit amount, final-balance schedule, accepted payment methods, and any processor terms. Aethercore uses deposits to authorize component acquisition and project work. Aethercore will not ask you to email a card number, bank password, or one-time login code. Pay only through the secure invoice or payment instructions tied to your approved quote.
Deposit cancellation and refund treatment is stated in the signed Purchase Agreement. Any retained amount will be limited to lawful, disclosed charges such as nonreturnable components, supplier restocking or return costs, payment costs that law permits Aethercore to retain, approved custom work, and work already performed. Your statutory cancellation, refund, and warranty rights are not waived.
5. Components, substitutions, and change orders
The exact manufacturer, model, color, and material components listed in the accepted quote control. If an item becomes unavailable, Aethercore will not silently substitute it. A materially different part, price, appearance, or delivery date requires your written approval through a revised quote or change order.
Customer-requested changes after authorization may change price, compatibility, lead time, and deposit requirements. Aethercore may decline a requested combination that cannot be assembled, cooled, powered, supported, or sourced responsibly.
6. Lead times, delivery, and delays
The supported shipment, pickup, or delivery window in the accepted quote replaces any earlier planning estimate. Timing begins only after the agreement is accepted, required funds clear, and all customer decisions needed to proceed are complete.
If Aethercore cannot ship within the promised time, Aethercore will provide a delay notice and the legally required choice to consent to the revised timing or cancel for a prompt refund of the unshipped order. Supplier delays, address errors, carrier interruptions, weather, and customer-requested changes may affect timing, but they do not eliminate rights that applicable law provides.
7. Inspection, acceptance, and returns
Please inspect the shipment promptly and preserve packaging. Report visible transit damage, missing items, or a material mismatch with the accepted quote as soon as reasonably possible. Do not return a system without written return authorization.
Because systems are acquired and assembled to an approved specification, change-of-mind returns are governed by the signed Purchase Agreement and may be restricted where law permits. This does not limit remedies for nonconforming goods, transit damage, covered defects, or any nonwaivable consumer right.
8. Warranty and manufacturer coverage
Aethercore systems include the One-Year Limited Workmanship Warranty described on this website and supplied before purchase. Individual components may also carry manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer coverage does not replace Aethercore's obligations under its written warranty or applicable law.
9. Software, data, accounts, and security
You are responsible for licenses, subscriptions, credentials, and lawful use of software and data unless the signed quote expressly says otherwise. Never send passwords in a build request. Before service or return, back up important data and remove sensitive information when reasonably possible. Repair and diagnostic work can involve reset, reinstallation, or storage replacement.
10. Third-party names and intellectual property
Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to AMD, NVIDIA, ASUS, Corsair, MSI, Phanteks, HYTE, Antec, be quiet!, and other manufacturers identify compatibility choices and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
Factual product specifications may be summarized for identification and compatibility planning. Manufacturer photography, logos, CAD, textures, labels, and third-party 3D meshes are not treated as freely reusable merely because a product is offered in a build. Aethercore uses those visual materials only under an applicable permission or license, or creates and validates its own original measured representation.
Aethercore's original copy, interface, graphics, selection system, and branding may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without written permission.
11. Website availability and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its planning tools are provided on an “as available” basis. Aethercore does not promise uninterrupted access or that every displayed market fact will remain current after its stated calibration date.
To the extent permitted by law, Aethercore is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising only from use of the website or reliance on a nonbinding planning estimate. This section does not limit liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights relating to an accepted sale, covered warranty claim, fraud, willful misconduct, or personal injury.
12. Governing law and updates
Arizona law governs these website terms without overriding consumer protections that apply where a customer resides. The final Purchase Agreement may include additional dispute and venue provisions. Updated website terms apply prospectively from the posted effective date; the version accepted with an order controls that order unless the parties agree otherwise.
